Refund Policy

1. Monthly subscription

Ovatly's Paid plan is billed monthly (currently $12/month; founding members lock in $9/month). Billing is handled securely by our payment provider, Paddle.

2. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing ovatlysupport@gmail.com. After cancellation, you keep full access until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

3. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the period ends instead.

If you believe you were charged in error - for example a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation - contact us within 14 days at ovatlysupport@gmail.com and we will review it promptly.

4. Free plan

The Free plan (up to 5 testimonials on your wall) is free forever. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
