• Testimonials: the names, text, and star ratings your clients submit through your collection link, plus the ones you choose to display publicly.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as pages visited and actions taken, used to keep the service running and improve it.
• Payment details: handled directly by our payment provider. We never see or store your card numbers.

2. How we use it

We use your information only to provide and improve Ovatly: running your account, storing and displaying your testimonials, processing support requests, and understanding how the service is used. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

3. Third-party services

Ovatly runs on trusted infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf:

• Our database and authentication provider
• Our website hosting provider
• Our payment processor

Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy and security practices.

4. Cookies

Ovatly uses only essential cookies required for sign-in and core functionality. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing ovatlysupport@gmail.com. Deleting your account removes your testimonials and personal data from our systems.

6. Data retention

We keep your data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Backups may retain data for a limited time after deletion.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Continued use of Ovatly after changes means you accept the updated policy.
