1. The service
Ovatly ("we", "our") is a testimonial-collection service operated by Usama Mubeen, a sole proprietor based in Pakistan. Ovatly lets you collect text testimonials from your clients through a personal collection link, moderate them, and display them on a public Wall of Love or embed them on your own website.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use Ovatly.
3. Plans and billing
Ovatly offers a Free plan and a Paid plan (currently $12/month; founding members lock in $9/month). Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Paddle. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may change prices with at least 30 days notice.
4. Your content
You own the testimonials you collect through Ovatly. By collecting and displaying testimonials, you confirm you have your clients' consent to collect, store, and publicly display their words, names, and any other details they submit. You are solely responsible for the content you collect and publish. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Ovatly. This includes: collecting testimonials through deception or without consent, publishing false or misleading content, spamming, attempting to breach or disrupt the service, or using the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Availability and liability
We work hard to keep Ovatly running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Ovatly is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ovatly after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
